Yes we do in most cases.
We are always happy to attend when you pre-pay us for all photos but in the main we attend for free and generate our income through the sale of prints on the day.
As we attend for free we do ask that we are placed in a decent location. We appreciate space may be at a premium at your reception so it is always helpful to discuss location before a booking is confirmed.
- In the main hall/room
- The bar area
- Reception room if people will still use it after being seated for the meal
- In a side room
- The reception room if people won’t return to it after being seated
- Basically anywhere where people have to search us out
Not all venues are ideal for our services as our studio takes up a reasonable amount of space. That said it is very rare to turn up to a reception and not been able to set up.
We find it really helpful if you discuss this matter with your caterers, or event planners before your day. Otherwise we may find that a chocolate fountain has been placed in our ideal location.
Our studio backdrop is 4 metres wide to allow for group shots plus we will have our lighting. Photos are viewed and printed at a separate table which is connected by wi-fi to the camera.
There are many venues that we repeatedly return to and are able to advise if that venue is suitable for our service.
